      <image:caption>I have been teaching full time in New York City for over 7 years. In 2013 I completed my 500 hour Bikram Yoga certification. In 2018 I completed Jared McCann’s 200 hour Vinyasa yoga training at Lighthouse Yoga school. Also in 2018, I attended Sacred Sounds Yoga Studio 50 hour Yin &amp; Restorative yoga teacher training. I am working to be certified by the R.R.C.A. (Road Runners Club of America) in small group run coaching. In addition to teaching regular, open-level classes, I also offer private classes tailored to any level of practice.</image:caption>

By finding this practice, I feel like I have been given the greatest gift. To be able to be of service to my students and pass this gift on to others is a true honor, and I am grateful every day I get to teach.</image:title>

      <image:title>Yogi Run Club - Yogi Run Club</image:title>
      <image:caption>To me, yoga and running are a perfect complement to one another. Running builds endurance, while yoga creates strength and flexibility. Both require attention and focus on breathing. Surely, I thought, a class must exist that combines these two things. To my surprise, nothing I could find fit the bill. This is how Yogi Runners was born.  Yogi Run Club is a seasonal offering begins with a run (in a small group, or individual), followed by a yoga sequence designed specifically for the needs of runners and triathletes. This class incorporates Vinyasa, Bikram, and Yin postures to create full body strengthening, and a deep stretch of the muscles most commonly overworked in running. This program is great for all levels, it teaches yogi’s who maybe don’t like to run how empowering it can be, and teaches runners the value in sustained stretches, and how helpful joint/muscle decompression can be. You can look for these seasonal group run clubs at yoga studios around the city, or I am happy to create an individual, custom run/yoga program just for you.</image:caption>
